Public Transportation is provided to all residents of Ogle and Lee Counties.
Transportation is available Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Transportation can be provided outside of already existing routes with a charge of 25¢ a mile and is subject to vehicle availability and director approval. Request for out of town transportation requires notice of at least 2 business days.

Arrangements for a ride must be made at least one business day in advance by calling Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 2:00 pm.

Passengers are encouraged to call as they are aware of the need for a ride, (example -you know of a doctor visit 2 weeks before)

Suggested donations and fees are subject to change based on program costs.

With prior approval through First Transit, Medicaid recipients may be transported to medical appointments at no cost to the rider. If a denial from First Transit is received after the transportation is provided, the rider will be required to pay.
